There's no knots/sewing or plaiting involved, therefore you can wear your hair up in a ponytail and no bonds would be visible. With our system your hair needs to be clean and oil free near the bonds. If you have oily hair you must be prepared to wash it at least everyday. The only other rule is that you must not brush your hair whilst wet.
